Shipping

We ship primarily through the United States Postal Service. During checkout you will be able to select which of the USPS shipping services you want.

All orders will receive a tracking number and be insured.

Processing Time

Processing times are typically 1-2 days, but may take longer in certain cases.

Returns and Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for both the returned shipping cost as well as the original shipping cost in addition to a 20% restocking and processing fee. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost. If your returned order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, the amount we paid to ship the order will be deducted from the refund total.

You must contact us before sending a product back to be returned and refunded.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only in cases that are our fault. And partial refunds will be issued on approved returns.

If you didn’t receive a package that shows as delivered by the tracking number, we reserve the right to first contact the shipping company to investigate the claim before we reship the order. In certain cases we may issue a refund instead of reshipping an order.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact Us and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
